SokoWise can show separate IntaSend options for collections and payouts. Configure the service that matches your workflow; a collection setup does not automatically configure payouts.
Before you begin
Sign in to the IntaSend account that belongs to your business and locate the credentials for the environment you are connecting. The SokoWise form shows the fields required for that provider. Keep secret values private and use the provider's current documentation if you need to create credentials.
Connect IntaSend
- Open Business → Integrations or Sell Online → Integrations.
- Search for IntaSend and choose the collection or payout option you need.
- Enter the requested credentials and save.
- Follow the review and test instructions shown by SokoWise.
- Confirm the provider status, then review a payment or payout record after a real transaction.
Do not treat a connection test as a customer payment. If a transaction is pending, check the transaction status and the provider account before asking the customer to retry.
