- KRA describes TOT for resident persons or companies whose gross or expected annual turnover is more than KSh 1,000,000 and does not exceed KSh 25,000,000, subject to exclusions and a possible election out.
- Can I deduct expenses before calculating Turnover Tax?
- No. KRA says TOT is charged on gross sales and expenses are not deductible under the regime.
- When is a TOT return due?
- KRA says the return and payment are due by the 20th day of the month following the end of the tax period.
