How to convert a quote to an invoice
- Confirm acceptance. Keep the customer's approval with the quotation. A quotation that was sent is not automatically accepted.
- Review the final agreement. Check the scope, quantities, prices, discounts, delivery, taxes, due date, and payment instructions. Confirm any later changes with the customer.
