Browse and buy from an online store

You do not need a SokoWise account to shop from a business’s online store. Open the link the business shared and browse its products.

Place an order

1. Browse categories or search for the product you want.
2. Open the product, choose any size, colour, or other options, and add it to your cart.
3. Review the cart and enter a promotion code if you have one.
4. Enter your contact and delivery details, then choose an available delivery and payment option.
5. Review the order total and submit the order.
6. Complete the payment step and keep the order link or reference for updates.

Check an order or download

Use the order link sent by the business to review the latest order details. If you bought a digital product, use the download link shown after the purchase. If you see a payment error or the order status does not change, contact the store and include your order reference. Do not submit another payment until the store has checked the first attempt.
