Customers can browse your public store without signing in to the SokoWise business app. They can open product and category pages, search for products, add items to a cart, enter a promotion code, and choose an available delivery and payment option at checkout.
Test your storefront as a customer
- Open the public store link in a private browser window.
- Browse a category and search for a product.
- Open a product, choose any required options, and add it to the cart.
- Enter a promotion code if you have configured one.
- Enter a delivery address and check the shipping options shown.
- Complete a test checkout using an available payment method, then confirm the order appears in Sell Online → Orders.
Customers can use public order, invoice, quote, and receipt links shared with them. Digital products show a download after a successful purchase when the product includes a downloadable file. The storefront may also offer a newsletter signup, contact form, FAQs, reviews, and other sections you have enabled in the template.
If the store does not show a product, check that its details and availability are correct and that the selected storefront sections include it.
