Manage your plan and message credits

Open Billing → Overview to review your plan and billing information. Open Billing → Subscriptions to view subscription details or compare plans. The screens show the plans, terms, and prices currently available to your account.

Change or review a subscription

1. Open Billing → Subscriptions.
2. Select the active subscription or choose Plans to compare the available options.
3. Review the price, billing interval, and features before you confirm a change.
4. Return to the subscription details to check the saved status.

Some actions and features depend on the active plan. If a feature is unavailable, review your plan details before trying to access it from another business.

Check or buy credits

1. Open Billing → Credits to review purchases and usage.
2. Choose Buy credits when you need more of the credit type shown in the app.
3. Select the amount, review the payment details, and complete checkout.
4. Refresh the credits screen to confirm the balance or purchase record.

If a payment is pending, check its transaction record before attempting another purchase.
