Browse and buy from an online store

You can shop from a SokoWise storefront without signing in to the business app. Open the store link shared by the business and browse its current products.

Place an order

1. Browse the store or search for a product.
2. Open the product, choose any available options, and add it to your cart or select Buy now.
3. Review the cart and enter a promotion code if you have one.
4. Enter the contact and delivery details requested at checkout.
5. Choose from the delivery and payment options shown for that store, then review the total.
6. Submit the order and follow the payment instructions on screen.

The available choices depend on the store’s settings and the products in your cart. A saved order page or link is the best place to check the latest order status.

Need help with an order?

Share the order reference with the store if the status is unclear or a payment appears to be pending. Do not submit a second payment until the store has checked the first attempt. For a digital product, use the download link shown after purchase or on the order page.
