Buy, transfer, renew, or connect a store domain

Open Online Store → Domain to review the domains connected to your store. Your SokoWise store address remains available while you manage custom domains.

Buy or transfer a domain

1. Choose Buy Custom Domain to search available domain names, or Transfer a Domain to search for a domain you want to transfer to SokoWise.
2. Select a supported result and request the quote shown by the app.
3. Review the operation, term, price, renewal amount, and any required acknowledgements before proceeding.
4. For a transfer, enter the authorization code requested by the form. Do not send the code to support.
5. Complete the payment step and return to the domain list to follow the order and registration status.

The app shows current availability and pricing. Do not rely on an old quote or a price in another guide.

Renew or manage a domain

Open a domain from the list and choose Renew domain when that action is available. Review the current term and quote before checkout. Use Manage contact details to review registration contact information when that action is available.

Connect an existing domain

Choose Connect Existing Domain and enter the hostname requested. Connecting a hostname to the store is separate from registering or transferring it, and may require an active paid subscription.

1. Follow the DNS record instructions shown for the hostname.
2. Add or update those records with your domain provider.
3. Return to SokoWise and refresh the domain status.
4. Check the ownership, DNS, HTTPS, and routing status shown for the hostname.

DNS updates can take time to appear. Always use the exact host and destination values shown for your domain; do not copy values from another setup.
