Set up IntaSend collections and payouts

SokoWise can show separate IntaSend services for collections and payouts. Choose the one that matches your workflow. Saving one service does not configure the other.

Connect IntaSend

1. Open Business → Integrations for business collections or payouts, or Online Store → Integrations for storefront checkout.
2. Find IntaSend and select the available service you want to configure.
3. Sign in to the IntaSend account for your business and enter the credentials requested by the SokoWise form.
4. Save and follow the test or verification instructions shown.
5. Return to the integration list and check the saved status.

Use the current credentials and environment requested by the form. Keep secret values private; SokoWise may mask them after saving.

A test can create a provider-side payment, payout, or notification. Review the amount and destination shown before starting it. When a customer payment is pending, check the sale or order and its provider status before asking them to try again.
