Set up your first business

The active business is the workspace for your products, sales, team, store, and reports. Use the business you trade under and enter the details requested by SokoWise.

Create or select a business

1. Sign in and follow the business setup prompt when it appears.
2. Enter the business name and other details requested by the form.
3. Save, then check the business name in the workspace switcher.
4. If you already belong to a business, select it from the switcher instead of creating a duplicate.

Open Business → Details to update the profile later. Confirm the active business before you add products, invite staff, or change settings.

Some features depend on your role or plan. If you cannot open a feature, ask a business administrator to review your access before creating a second business.
