Find your way around SokoWise

The Home dashboard shows shortcuts and updates for the business you currently have selected. The available quick actions and menu items depend on your role, business plan, and enabled features.

Open a tool

Use the quick actions on Home for common tasks such as New Sale, Products, Orders, Restock, Store, or Reports when they appear. You can also open the main menu:

• POS for in-person sales.
• Online Store for store setup, orders, integrations, settings, templates, domains, and analytics.
• Deliveries and Reports for fulfilment and business reporting.
• Sales & Receipts, Inventory, and Finance for transactions, catalog and stock, documents, payments, and payouts.
• Marketing, Customers, Billing, Team, Business, and Account for growth tools, customer records, plan and credits, access, business setup, and personal settings.

Check the active workspace

If you have access to more than one business, use the workspace switcher before reviewing or editing records. Each business has its own store, sales, products, team, and settings.
