Follow your Business Journey

The Business Journey card on Home shows recommended setup and growth steps for the active business. The journey is shared by the business, so eligible activity can update progress no matter which team member completes it.

Open and follow a step

1. On Home, choose View all steps or the recommended action on the Business Journey card.
2. Review the stage, step details, prerequisites, and completion guidance.
3. Choose the step action to open the related SokoWise feature.
4. Complete and save the work in that feature. Returning to the journey refreshes progress from the business records.

The journey includes Launch, Manage, and Growth stages. Its steps and recommendations can change as SokoWise updates the guided setup. Some steps only appear when they apply to your catalog or activity. Opening a feature alone does not mark its step complete.

Skip or restore optional steps

If a step can be skipped, use the skip action on that step. Skipped steps remain available and can be restored from the journey. Core Launch steps cannot be skipped. Skipping a recommendation does not unlock the underlying feature or change its access requirements.

A step may be waiting on a prerequisite, provider verification, or saved activity. Follow its detail message and the linked feature’s normal workflow.
